Introduction.
ITPL is a joint venture of Frontier Works Organisation (60%), Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd (20%) and Sachal Engineering Works (Pvt) Ltd (20%) for provision of telecommunication services and laying of optical fiber cables (OFCs).
Financial Capability.
The authorized capital of the company is Rs 50,000,000 (Rupees fifty million only) divided into 5,000,000 ordinary shares of Rs 10 (Rupees ten only) each.
OFC Project.
110 Kms long 144 Fibers optical cable (Dark fibers) has been laid along Lahore-Sheikhupura-Faisalabad Dual Carriageway as substantial opportunities for all telecom operators are available. Large number of industrial units and thickly populated towns are located all along this route. The route also serves as an alternate route for other cable operators from Lahore to Faisalabad. Consultancy services for laying of 144 OFC were provided by M/S Konnect Holding (Pvt) Ltd (KHL).
Local Loop License.
ITPL has also obtained licenses of telecommunication regions of Lahore, Central and Faisalabad ie LTR, CTR and FTR.
Leasing OFC.
ITPL has leased two pairs of OFC to LAFCO (Pvt) Ltd on their five toll plazas of Lahore – Sheikhupura – Faisalabad Dual Carriageway – BOT Project.
