Supporting Pakistan’s expanding oil and gas sector, a high tech oil storage facility with a capacity of 166,000 MT was developed at Thallian under the Frontier Oil Company (FOC), a subsidiary of the Frontier Works Organization (FWO). This special economic zone (SEZ), covering 100 acres near the M-2 Chakri Interchange, serves as a key component of the 437 kilometre Faisalabad – Thallian – Tarujabba White Oil Pipeline Project, strengthening critical infrastructure within the nation’s energy sector
