Through the Tunneling Institute of Pakistan (TIP) and the Construction Technology Training Institute (CTTI), FWO is developing a skilled workforce equipped with modern technical expertise. These institutes focus on industry-oriented training, construction technologies and vocational development, enabling youth to meet national and international market demands while strengthening Pakistan’s technical capacity
Academic Education:
FWO also supports quality education through three major Higher Secondary School campuses established with high-tech facilities, modern laboratories, digital learning environments and well-equipped sports infrastructure. In addition, the organization operates schools in remote areas, providing accessible, quality education to communities and reinforcing its commitment to social uplift and community development
