The 700 meter Nahqi Tunnel, situated on the Ghallanai – Mamad Ghat Road, was constructed to establish new transit routes across previously inaccessible terrain. Bypassing a challenging 6-kilometre stretch of road, the tunnel facilitates seamless vehicular movement and provides critical access for transporting marble deposits from the Nahqi mountains.
