The Rawalpindi Ring Road, a 38.3-kilometer infrastructure project, is a major initiative aimed at enhancing connectivity, reducing traffic congestion and promoting economic growth in the Rawalpindi – Islamabad region. By providing an outer route around the twin cities, the project will divert heavy and intercity traffic away from the main urban arteries, significantly cutting travel time and alleviating pressure on existing roads. Once completed, the ring road will improve overall traffic flow, facilitate smoother commuting and support the region’s long-term urban and economic development
